The Sunday before Earth Day join us on a guided tour of the Prospect Heights Slough. Explore a portion of this 13-acre wetland in our backyard and learn about it as we are guided by two Commissioners of the Prospect Heights Natural Resources Commission.  See what a small group can do to help the environment and provide access for all. The program is near the Isaak Walton Park to see a restoration where the slough has been improved to aid in beauty and enable the growing of many plants.
Our LWV-AH-MP-BG is pleased to co-host this event with two Commissioners of the Prospect Heights Natural Resources Commission.

Pre-registration requested. Drop-ins welcome.
