Come hungry as we break bread together and learn about African influences on U.S. cuisine. Terrance Duke Seward, owner of Duke's BBQ, will not only share his incredible creations with us, but he will also lead us to understand how African approaches to culinary are infused throughout the U.S. palette. We will also review the multiple topics we have engaged in throughout the year.
