LWV-AH-MP-BG aims to build Awareness of the impact we have on our climate and environment through Building coalitions and Creating the political will that is necessary to protect our common home. The Environmental Interest Group meets on the third Tuesday of each month.
How can we protect democracy from the spread of misinformation and disinformation? Join us Wednesday, April 17 at 7:00 pm to discuss the effect of social media and AI on elections. Watch via Zoom ONLY (in person event cancelled).

Join us to explore a portion of the Prospect Heights Slough on a guided tour and see what a small group can do to help the environment and provide access for all. Our LWV AH-MP-BG is pleased to provide this family friendly event in working with two Commissioners of the Prospect Heights Natural Resources Commission who will lead the tour.
Come to the area near the Isaak Walton Park to a restoration where the
slough has been improved to aid in beauty and enable the growing of many plants.
